RS-02A Auto Double-End Crimping One-End Tinning Machine
Intro:
1. Wires are automatically cut and stripped, crimped on both ends, and one end can be switched for wire twisting and tinning, all in a continuous, automated process.
2. This machine utilizes a horizontally-moving wire feed, allowing for high precision, high speed, and minimal damage to the wire, making it easy to maintain.
3. This machine utilizes a precision modular tool holder, ensuring high quality in cutting, stripping, and twisting. The rear-end crimping terminal can be rotated 180 degrees for both forward and reverse crimping, providing added flexibility and convenience.
4. The servo control, pneumatic components, and guide rails are all globally renowned brands, ensuring stable overall performance.
5. A touchscreen human-machine interface facilitates easy parameter adjustment and simple, flexible operation.
6. Suitable for electronic wires, it can also be configured to process double-stranded, jacketed, and flat cables. Optional options include splitter and stranded wire, offering a wider range of applications to meet diverse product needs.
