Intro:
The machine is a simple manual type pin headers cutter. Pin header cutter is suitable for 1.27mm pitch, 2.0mm pitch, and 2.54mm pitch pin headers. No matter you pin headers has 1-row, 2-row, 3-row, L shape, or straight shape, the machine can cut it.
Suitable:
Pin headers with 2.54mm 2.0 or 1.27pitch. Machine can cut pin headers to different pin numbers by adjusting washers and blades.

User guide:
Operator can adjust blade and washers to adjust different pin numbers cutting.

Explain:
Blade is 0.3mm thick, there are three types thickness washers: 1.7mm, 2.0mm and4.0mm
If you want to cut 2.0mm pin headers to 1P. Just install (1pc 1.7 wash+ 1pc 0.3 blade)+ (1pc 1.7 wash+ 1pc 0.3 blade)…..
